7. Cookies, analytics, and how forms reach us
Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a singlelocalStorage entry named theme, holding the valuelight or dark so the site remembers your appearance choice. It is not sent to any server, and clearing site data removes it. Because nothing we set requires consent, there is no cookie banner to click through.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, served from this domain rather than a third-party host. They are cookieless: they record page paths, referrer, approximate country, device and browser type, page-performance timings (Core Web Vitals), and a small set of named conversion events — a call-to-action click, a form submit, a free tool being completed, an article being read to the end. Those events record which element or page was involved, never what you typed. No profile is built, no data is sold, and nothing is shared with advertising networks.
Forms. The enquiry and free-tool forms on this site do not post to a server we run. Submitting one opens your own email client with the message pre-filled and addressed to hello@iamagentman.com — you send it yourself, and nothing reaches us until you do. That means your enquiry travels through your own email provider under their privacy terms, and we receive it as an ordinary email in the studio inbox.
Server logs. Our host records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, path, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, retained per the host's own retention period.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
